Cyril Noirtin

Cyril Noirtin currently serves as Treasurer and Board Trustee of the ISC PARIS Endowment Fund and Associate CEO at ISC Paris, where oversight includes Finance, Administration, Human Resources, and Information Systems divisions. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Cyril has held the position of Chief Financial Officer at ISC Paris - School of Management, contributing to its commitment to high-quality business education. In addition, Cyril leads as Dean of the Rotary Representative to the United Nations, enhancing Rotary’s visibility and aligning efforts with strategic goals. Other roles include Vice-président at Union professionnelle de l'enseignement supérieur, board member of the NGO-UNESCO liaison committee, and past Finance & MIS consultant at Exponens. Cyril holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Master Grande Ecole in Information Systems and Organization from ICN Business School.
