Previously, Parth served as a Recruiter at Typeset from October 2021 to July 2022, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts and training new employees, as well as managing the entire recruitment process. Prior experience also includes the role of Head of Human Resources for AIESEC in India from February 2020 to November 2021, overseeing talent management for 120 members. Parth gained foundational experience in marketing as a Marketing Intern at Because from September 2019 to February 2020, focusing on market research and content creation. The educational background includes a Master's in International Business from CBS International Business School (August 2022 - August 2024) and a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Mass Communication from Pandit Deendayal Energy University (2017 - 2021).
