Kimberlee Grimm

Kimberlee Grimm has a diverse work experience in various companies. Kimberlee started their career at Nationwide Insurance in 1998 as a Satellite Agency Owner, where they quickly advanced and managed an inside sales/customer service team. Kimberlee then worked at Sandler Training Sales and Management Results as a Director of Training, providing training for companies of all sizes in sales, leadership, and customer service. After that, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the President at Weaver Manufacturing Company, managing high-profile customer issues and the international supply chain. Kimberlee then joined Iscential as a Director of Key Accounts, responsible for upselling/cross-selling and training other associates. Kimberlee also worked at NetDocuments as a Sales/Account Manager, focusing on sales and customer retention. Kimberlee rejoined Iscential as the Director of Inside Sales, overseeing recruitment, training, and managing sales/service associates. Kimberlee most recently worked at Iscential as the Director of Sales Support. In 2023, they joined Consolidated Insurance Markets as an Agency Operations Manager. Throughout their career, Kimberlee has received awards for their achievements, including Iscential's IWoman of the Year in 2021.

Kimberlee Grimm earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tarrant County College, completing their education from 1997 to 2000. Kimberlee also obtained additional certifications such as the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist from The National Underwriter Company and The PaceSetters Program from State Auto Insurance. Kimberlee also holds certifications in Life, Accident, Health and HMO insurance, as well as a Property and Casualty License from the Texas Department of Insurance. Additionally, they have completed the Sandler Training President's Program from Sandler Training.
