Filip Bywalec

Filip Bywalec is an experienced professional in managed services and project management, currently serving as the Head of Managed Services at ISCG Sp. z o.o. since April 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing L2 & L3 support teams, managing service delivery and contracts, and developing service strategies. Previously, Filip held various roles at Sopra Steria from February 2017 to May 2023, including Junior Service Delivery Manager, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery management for large-scale infrastructure and cloud environments. In addition to running Filip Bywalec Management & Consulting Services, experience spans multiple managerial positions in event and gastronomy management, alongside a strong educational background in international economic relations and audit from respected institutions in Poland.
