Asif Hasan

Asif Hasan is currently an advisor at iSchoolConnect, but they have plenty of experience in the business world. Asif first got their start as an e-business intern at Sun Microsystems from January 2000 to December 2000. After that, they worked as a consultant at Arthur Andersen from July 1997 to June 1999. But their most recent and notable position was as the Director of Business Analytics at Philips Healthcare from June 2001 to May 2013. In this position, Hasan led the development of a discrete event simulation model focused on scenario modeling and optimization techniques for generating improvements in radiology workflows in hospitals. Asif also lead the development of a leading edge data and text mining algorithm (Linguistic Bayesian Network Algorithm - LBaN) that has been proven to detect patterns and insights in customer satisfaction survey data that were previously unavailable using conventional methods.

Asif Hasan has an MBA in Technology and Operations Management from Bentley University, a Chartered Accountant certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Mumbai, and a Value Measurement in Healthcare certification from Harvard Business School Executive Education.
