Pablo Tacconi is a seasoned professional in the field of algorithm development and wireless communications, currently serving as the VP of Algorithm Development at ISCO International since December 2019. Prior to this role, Pablo founded MAXSiA, LLC, where Pablo specialized in algorithms for wireless communication systems from September 2015 to December 2019. Pablo's experience also includes significant positions at Nokia Networks as Head of Spectral Monitoring Innovations, during which Pablo played a key role in developing spectral monitoring capabilities, and at Motorola Solutions as Chief FPGA Architect, where Pablo oversaw radio digital signal processing FPGAs. Earlier in their career, Pablo held various roles at Motorola Mobility, contributing to multi-standard basestations and leading teams in 3G cellular radio transceiver development. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science, both in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
