Isabelle F. currently serves as the Head of Technology and Society at the Institute for Strategic Dialogue since October 2023 and is the Founder & Executive Director of Vote For Freedom from December 2022. Previously, Isabelle held the position of Director at Project Associates from August 2022 to September 2023, and was the Global Election Integrity Policy Lead at TikTok from March 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included forming and leading a dedicated team for global election integrity policies and establishing Election Operation Centers. Prior experience also includes roles as Digital and Technology Director and Digital Strategist at The Messina Group and co-founder of iExhale, which provided online mental health support to adolescents, focusing on the development of an anonymous social network for mental health assistance.
