Aitana Conca

Aitana Conca is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, digital transformation, and strategic mentorship. Currently serving as a Mentor for Strategy & Business Model at ISDI Accelerator since June 2021, Aitana has held pivotal roles such as Director of EMEA Business Development at Sea/by Maritech and Chinsay, and Head of Digital Transformation at IFCHOR, where a significant digital roadmap was established. Aitana’s career at Cargill included various leadership positions, culminating as Global Head of Middle Desk & Contract Management, where operational efficiencies were enhanced through technology and reengineering. Aitana earned a Global Executive Master in Digital Business from ISDI in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universitat d'Alacant.
