Blanca de Gispert Tey

Blanca de Gispert Tey currently serves as the HR & Training Manager for Spain at ISDIN since September 2023. Prior to this role, Blanca worked at Lluch Essence from September 2019 to September 2023, focusing on HR talent development, recruitment, training, events, and internal communication, and was responsible for creating performance evaluations and professional development plans. Earlier experience includes a position as Internal Communications & HR Generalist at Bunge from March 2016 to September 2019, and as General Management & HR Assistant at Clifford Chance from July 2013 to December 2015, supporting HR recruitment and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Blanca holds a degree in Labor Relations from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a degree in Psychology from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
