Stefany Gil

Stefany Gil is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ISDIN since January 2022, Stefany also holds the role of Generalista de RR.HH. for Peru and Chile. Prior to this, Stefany was the Jefe de recursos humanos at Holding Grupo Gomez Hermanos, where responsibilities included payroll processing and compliance with labor laws. Further experience includes working as an Analista de selección, captación y contratación de personal at Holding Grupo DaVinci, focused on candidate recruitment and interview scheduling, and as Jefe de administración at Caseros Gourmet C.A., managing recruitment and personnel remuneration. Stefany holds a degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín, attained between 2010 and 2014.
