Patie Jansen

Patie Jansen is a seasoned Training Specialist and Instructional Designer with extensive experience in developing and facilitating engaging training programs across various organizations. Currently employed at ISEC, Inc. since March 2022, Patie collaborates with subject matter experts to design interactive webinars and materials while coaching on facilitation techniques. Previously, at Delicato Family Wines, Patie led the Learning and Development strategy for over 1,150 employees, creating impactful training solutions utilizing adult learning theory. Patie's earlier roles at Strategic Insight Solutions Ltd and various seminar companies involved designing and delivering adult learning programs, utilizing the ADDIE model and experiential delivery techniques. Patie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Calgary and an Instructors Diploma in Curriculum Development from Vancouver Community College.
