Song Chavez

Song Chavez has extensive experience in administrative and legal support roles, beginning with a position as Deputy Court Clerk at San Mateo Superior Court, where legal clerical tasks and customer assistance were key responsibilities. Following this, Song held the role of Receptionist/Legal Assistant at Cook & Roos, LLP, managing front desk operations and assisting attorneys. Over a significant tenure at ISEC, Inc. from March 2005 to July 2025, Song excelled as an Administrative Assistant, where duties encompassed project support, document management, and coordination of shipments, before transitioning to an Operation Coordinator role. In this capacity, Song continued to provide project coordination, maintain document control, and support project management teams.
