Eastman Sianipar

Eastman Sianipar has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Eastman started their career at Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ Ltd as an Internship Trainee in 2018. Eastman then served as a Laboratory Assistant of Production Equipment Practice at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta from October to December 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Final Thesis Intern at PERTAMINA EP and as a Laboratory Assistant of Drilling Equipment Practice at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta for a short period.

In 2020, Eastman joined SKK Migas as part of the Operation Production Division. Eastman held this role from February to May 2020. Later in 2020, they joined Petrolink as a Jr. Realtime Drilling Data Engineer. Eastman was responsible for monitoring and analyzing real-time drilling data for various projects globally, coordinating with rig engineers, and ensuring a high level of service for clients. Eastman worked on the HalVue™ Project, affiliated with Halliburton.

Currently, Eastman serves as the Realtime Operation Project Team Lead at Petrolink, leading the team for the biggest project with Halliburton. Eastman'sresponsibilities in this role include supervising a team of Data Administrators, providing guidance and distribution of tasks, ensuring timely delivery of data to clients, and collaborating with various teams.

Throughout their work experience, Eastman has developed strong technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and software utilization. Eastman has also gained valuable hands-on experience in drilling and production equipment practices. In addition to their industry experience, Eastman has been actively involved in various student organizations during their university years, holding positions in the social and sports division and the issues and research division of Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Perminyakan (HMTM) UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta.

Eastman Sianipar attended Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta from 2015 to 2019, where they studied Petroleum Engineering. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Data Science through the Fresh Graduate Academy from Digital Talent Scholarship in October 2020 and completed the Sea Survival Course for Offshore Job at Jakarta Offshore Training Centre in April 2018.
