Susan McCants

Susan McCants is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and project management sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager at ISEC, Inc. since May 2022, Susan leads the Southwest region, overseeing its growth and development. Previously, as a Senior Director at Splice from October 2019 to May 2022, Susan focused on developing professional services and enhancing industry partnerships. Prior roles include Project Executive at Osborne Construction Company, where Susan managed project staffing and oversight, and Project Manager positions at Turner Construction Company and ISEC, Inc., where Susan honed skills in project procurement, cost management, and logistics. Educated at the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, as well as holding multiple degrees from North Seattle College and attending Mapúa University, Susan brings a solid educational foundation to professional endeavors.
