João de Almeida Chaves

João de Almeida Chaves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital customer care and management. Currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Digital Experience at Luz Saúde, João has also contributed to academia as an Invited Professor at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management. Previous roles include Digital Customer Care Project Manager at Altice Portugal and Senior Customer Experience Manager and Corporate Account Manager at Portugal Telecom. João began their career as a Product Manager at TMN. Additionally, João is pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing and Strategy at Nova School of Business and Economics and holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Instituto Superior Técnico.
