Ngaire Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ngaire started their career as a Tutor and Marker at Victoria University of Wellington, where they taught and facilitated discussions on media studies topics. Ngaire then moved on to work as a Media Analyst at McNamara Research, writing reports on media coverage for clients. After that, Ngaire worked as a Senior Portfolio Analyst at a media analysis and advisory services company called Sentia Media. Ngaire then joined Isentia as an Insights Consultant, responsible for developing and implementing media intelligence strategies for clients in New Zealand. Ngaire later became the Head of Insights for New Zealand, leading the insights team and contributing to the overall product development and customer satisfaction initiatives for the Insights division. Currently, Ngaire holds the position of Insights Director, Australia and New Zealand, at Isentia.

Ngaire Crawford completed their education at Victoria University of Wellington. Ngaire began their academic journey in 2002 and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Media and English Studies.
