Sam Sears

Sam Sears has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Project Manager at Dictate IT Ltd from June 2013 to November 2015. During this time, they managed the successful delivery of sensitive projects for various NHS trusts and oversaw multiple project staff.

Sam then joined Access Intelligence Plc in November 2015, where they held multiple roles. As an Implementation Team Lead, they led clients through onboarding processes and configured and implemented stakeholder engagement software. From June 2018 to November 2020, Sam served as the Support Manager, overseeing daily operations within the Customer Support team. Lastly, they worked as a Project Manager from November 2020 to June 2023, managing projects and supporting the tech innovation of SaaS products.

Sam'smost recent work experience was at Isentia, where they held the position of Commercial Director and Customer Success Director since May 2023.

Sam Sears attended the University of Roehampton from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies. In 2014, Sam also received a certification as a Prince2 Project Management Practitioner from The Prince2 Academy.
