Duco Jansen

Duco Jansen is a seasoned corporate recruiter with extensive experience in the recruitment field. Currently serving as a Corporate Recruiter at Isero B.V. since February 2022, Duco previously held the role of Recruitment Consultant at Techers B.V. from August 2015 to January 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the entire recruitment process. Prior to that, Duco was an International Recruitment Consultant at Dosign Engineering from January 2014 to July 2015, focusing on the international department and providing support to other divisions. Duco also conducted a thesis research on “De ultieme waterbeleving in Leiden en de Bollenstreek” during an academic stint at Rondvaart Leiden in 2013. Earlier experience includes an internship at RipFacility, where Duco was responsible for various marketing communication activities. Duco holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Commerciële Economie from Hogeschool Leiden, earned from 2008 to 2013.
