Tam Bui Duc

Tam Bui Duc is an experienced recruitment professional with extensive expertise in the IT sector. Currently serving as the Sourcing and Recruitment Team Lead at FPT Software since December 2018, responsibilities include executing full-cycle recruitment and leading the Vietnam Sourcing Team to research global IT talent sources. Prior to this, Tam worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at TopSearch Asia from March 2016 to December 2018, where duties involved engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs, assessing candidates, and facilitating negotiation processes. Tam's earlier roles include serving as a Senior Recruitment Officer at Newstarland JSC. and as a Recruitment Officer at BK Holdings Group. Tam holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, completed in 2011.
