Stephen Martin

Stephen Martin has extensive experience in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Counsel at iServe Residential Lending since February 2007. In this role, Stephen provides compliance oversight for various business activities, including mortgage originations and loan servicing transfers, while also developing policies, procedures, and risk assessments to enhance legal services. Previously, Stephen held the position of Vice President, Compliance Counsel, and was a top-performing Account Manager at Argent Mortgage, LLC. Academically, Stephen holds a Juris Doctor from Phoenix School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from California State University, Fullerton.
