Tomoko Ando is an accomplished professional with a strong background in human resources and executive coaching. Currently serving as an External Board Director at Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings, Kansai Paint Co., Ltd., and Press Kogyo Co Ltd, Tomoko also holds the position of Executive Coach and HR Consultant at Coaching "Open the Door."
