Mike Hammes is an experienced financial and operational leader, currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at ISF Advisors since 2024. With a robust background spanning various organizations, including senior roles at US Pharmacopeia and JSI | John Snow, Inc., Mike has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, ensured compliance with complex regulations, and implemented strategic financial plans for large USAID-funded projects. With expertise in financial management, contract negotiations, and capacity building, Mike has effectively overseen significant operational transitions and developed policies to optimize resource allocation and drive project success. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Allegheny College and an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
