Chris Poff

Chris Poff has extensive experience in the field of investigations and claims management, currently serving as a Case Manager at ISG since July 2014. Previous roles include Field Claims Representative at Auto-Owners Insurance from June 2021 to September 2022 and Investigator at Delta Associated Investigations, Inc. from May 2011 to July 2014. Earlier in the career, Chris held positions as a Private Investigator and Investigator/Assistant Case Manager at The Merrill Group and Claims Verification Inc. respectively. Chris's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from American Military University and an Associate of Science in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Pensacola Jr. College.
