Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees at La Salle University and as a Board Member at Crash Champions and itel, Thomas also holds the position of Chairman Emeritus at Safelite and Vice Chairman of the Board at ISG. Formerly, Thomas served as Executive Chairman of Belron North America and as President & CEO of Safelite Group from June 1988 to December 2021, showcasing strategic leadership and operational expertise within the insurance and automotive sectors. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from La Salle University, completed in 1974.
