Barrett Hubbard

Barrett Hubbard, P.E., PTOE, RSP1, currently serves as a Transportation Engineer at ISG, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this, Barrett worked at Shive-Hattery as a Project Engineer from July 2015 to July 2023, and as a Project Engineer at Olsson Associates from December 2013 to May 2015, focusing on civil engineering projects, ADA design, signal replacement, and roadway modeling. Barrett's experience also includes a tenure as a Transportation Engineer 1 at the Washington State Department of Transportation from June 2008 to December 2013, where significant contributions included leading a culvert replacement project and involvement in environmentally-sensitive projects. Early career experience included research as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Western Transportation Institute. Academic credentials include a BS in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman and a BS in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute.
