Terry Kuechle

Terry Kuechle is an experienced operations strategist with a robust background in management and production. Currently serving as an Operations Strategist at ISG since April 2022, Terry previously held the position of Director of Operations at Firmenich from January 2021 to April 2022. A longstanding career at Smithfield Foods spanned two decades as Plant Manager from October 2000 to December 2020, and earlier experience includes working as Production Supervisor/Superintendent at Hormel Foods from July 1989 to September 2000. Terry Kuechle earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from St. Cloud State University, completing the degree in May 1989.
