Jamie Owen

Jamie Owen is a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor at ISG, with experience spanning over a decade in the construction industry. Since June 2022, Jamie has played a pivotal role in various high-profile projects, including the £21 million Tarleton Academy under the DfE Construction Framework. Prior to ISG, Jamie served as a Project Quantity Surveyor at Willmott Dixon, contributing to the £23.9 million Liverpool John Moores Nursing and Allied Health Building and Avril Robarts Library project. Jamie's career began as a Trainee/Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Eric Wright Group and has included positions at Morgan Sindall Group plc, Kier Group, and freelance roles, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of quantity surveying principles and practices. Jamie holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Central Lancashire, awarded with First Class Honours and the Chartered Institute of Building Prize for QS of the Year.
