Previously, Brent served as a Territory Sales Representative at GTM Sportswear from May 2002 to June 2018 and worked as a Custom Applicator for Farmers Union Coop from May 1999 to May 2002, specializing in chemical and fertilizer application as well as precision agriculture. Brent holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Fort Hays State University.
