Amit Raja

Amit Raja is currently a Team Lead at ISG (Information Services Group), where they have led a high-performing team to achieve 100% on-time project completion and enhanced learning retention through innovative training programs. Previously, Amit worked at various organizations, including Poundland as a Sales Assistant and Vodafone India as a Team Coach. They hold a Master of Business Administration from Wrexham University and have contributed to the development of numerous eLearning courses and instructional designs, improving training effectiveness and learner engagement significantly.
