Bruce N. Pfau is the current Director at ISG. Bruce has previously served as Senior Advisor to the Chairman/CEO and CHRO at ISG, Partner and Human Capital Strategy at KPMG US, and VICE CHAIR-HUMAN RESOURCES & COMMUNICATIONS at KPMG US. Bruce has also been National Practice Leader of the Human Capital Group at Towers Watson.

Bruce N. Pfau earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from Loyola University of Chicago and their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from Tufts University.
