Doug Teachey, MBA, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational change management and learning strategies across multiple industries. Currently serving as Partner of ISG's Training as a Service (TaaS) practice, Doug has transformed this service line into one of the firm’s fastest-growing segments, achieving significant team and sales growth. Doug's previous roles include Director of Global Training Consulting Service at ISG, VP of Consulting at Change Advisors, LLC, and Director of Organizational Change Management at CRH, where successful deployments and strategies were implemented for major projects. Doug also held leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company, where training initiatives were developed for over 75,000 users, and at Deloitte, consulting for Fortune 100 companies. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Georgia and a BA in Organizational Communication and Development from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
