Kyle Spalding

Kyle Spalding is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and communications across various sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at ISG since April 2018, Kyle partners with executive leaders to enhance change adoption through strategic communication and stakeholder engagement. Previous roles at ISG include Consulting Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant, where Kyle led change management initiatives and developed communication strategies. Prior to ISG, Kyle held positions at Humana as a Communications Consultant and Clinical Communications Project Analyst, facilitating strategic communications for a large workforce and Medicare members.
