Michael Felbein

Michael Felbein has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Michael is currently working as the IT Director at ISG (Information Services Group) since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of IT Principal Consultant at ISG from 2019 to October 2022.

Before joining ISG, Michael worked at Iron Mountain as the Director from November 2016 to February 2019. In this role, they led a team responsible for contract changes, governance, and overall supplier program management. Michael also directed activities related to completing a $180M, seven-year IT outsourcing agreement.

Prior to Iron Mountain, Michael worked at Capgemini as a Senior Manager from September 2013 to October 2016. Michael supported business development efforts during the RFP response phase and established relationships with customers. Michael also served as the Interim Director of Infrastructure at Leprino Foods, where they developed and implemented Infrastructure Services sourcing strategy.

Michael also has experience working at Honeywell from 2006 to 2013, where they held various leadership roles. This includes being a part of the project team responsible for transforming the enterprise computing agreements. Michael also served as the Director of Global Functional Leader Application Hosting and Senior Manager of Infrastructure & Business Applications.

Earlier in their career, Michael worked at UOP as the Manager of IT Support Services from 1998 to 2006, and at Beloit Corporation as the IT Manager from 1996 to 1998. Michael started their career at GATX as a Project Manager from 1994 to 1997.

Michael Felbein earned a Masters degree in Information Technologies from Northwestern University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, they completed a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University from 1985 to 1989. Michael completed their high school education at Conant High School from 1981 to 1985.
