Michael Fullwood is a Partner in Life Sciences and Co-head of Business Advisory Services at ISG, with over 20 years of experience in optimizing support services operations across North America, LATAM, Asia, and Europe. Known for providing insightful thought leadership on complex initiatives, Michael has effectively led the design and implementation of shared services operations and advised multinational clients on strategy and execution. Previous roles include Director of Business Process Strategy & Digital at Altus Virtus LLC, as well as positions at WGroup, Everest Group, Alsbridge, TPI, Herzing University, and Outsource Partners International. Michael holds a degree from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
