She is a recognized HR leader with 20 years of successful experience in leading Russian and international companies: MSD / Merck, Besins Healthcare, Intel, HILTI, Sanoma Independent Media, FM Logistic, an expert in leadership and organizational development, team building and development, M&A , crisis management and change management. For the last 10 years she has been working in the medicine and pharmaceutical industry.

In 2003, Alena received an MBA from the California State University, in 2004 - an HR certificate from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD, Switzerland).
