Paul Gottsegen is a partner and president at ISG Research and Client Experience. Prior to this, they were the executive vice president, CMO, and Americas head at Mindtree Ltd. from October 2013 to October 2019.

At Mindtree, Paul was tasked with transforming the company’s brand and go-to-market strategy. Paul's approach, “Make Digital Real”, dramatically improved win-rates for the global sales team and generated high-quality leads that they were able to follow-up with high-intensity deal-based nurturing. Additionally, through consistent and differentiated messaging, Mindtree was re-positioned - and is now clearly recognized - as one of the premier Digital Transformation IT services leaders. Paul drove competitive advantage by creating the most advanced marketing technology stack in our sector.

The successful marketing transformation that Paul led has been showcased in various articles and media outlets. Under their direction, Mindtree has become a leading name in digital transformation services.

Paul Gottsegen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Brandeis University. Paul then went on to obtain an MBA in Marketing from The Wharton School.
