Jawahar Tiwary, also known as jT, has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Jawahar started their career in 2003 as a Branch Manager at Tech Pacific India Ltd. Then, they worked as a Regional Manager at Lipi Data Systems Ltd, where they were responsible for Gujarat and Rajasthan. In 2007, they joined Reliance Communications as a Senior Manager. After that, they worked at Wipro Ltd. as a Regional Manager, heading the IT Infrastructure business for Gujarat and Rajasthan. In 2010, Jawahar joined Bharti Airtel Limited as a Zonal Sales Manager, overseeing the Telemedia Channel business for the state of Gujarat. Since 2012, they have been associated with Ishan Technologies, where they have held various roles, such as Head of Business, Operations & Strategic Planning, Senior Vice President & Circle Head for Delhi & NCR, and currently as the Chief Growth Officer.

Jawahar Tiwary, also known as jT, completed a Management Development Programme in 2015 at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Jawahar pursued an MBA in Sales & Marketing from IISM, Ranchi, from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Chandrapur Engg. College, Chandrapur. Additionally, Tiwary obtained a certification in Enhancing Sales Force Performance from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
