Rakesh Malik

Rakesh Malik has extensive experience in contracts management, with a focus on commercial projects and contracts. Rakesh has held multiple leadership roles in well-known companies such as Ishan Technologies, STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited, Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Alcatel-Lucent, Alcatel-Lucent India Ltd, and GoI PSU. Rakesh has successfully managed large-scale contracts and provided end-to-end contracts management support. Rakesh is skilled in negotiation, ensuring high-quality contracts, and identifying/mitigating commercial risks. Rakesh has also specialized in managed services contracts and has a strong background in materials management.

Rakesh Malik completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi. Rakesh also holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree from IIT-BHU, Varanasi. In addition, Rakesh attended IIM Bangalore (EDP) for a short period in the year 2000. Rakesh has obtained certifications from IACCM as an Advanced Practitioner and from World Commerce & Contracting.
