Phil's earlier career includes a role as Credit Manager at Fujitsu from 1991 to 1996 and at Initial Textiles & Washroom Services from 1985 to 1991. Educational background includes attendance at Marsh Hill Grammar School from 1972 to 1977 and Lyndhurst Primary School from 1965 to 1972.
