Astha Narula is an experienced Talent Enabler currently working at ISHIR and BorderlessMind since February 2021. Previously, Astha served as an Executive in Resourcing at Sopra Steria from March 2014 to July 2020, managing client reports, new requirement analysis, CV management, and stakeholder relations. Additionally, Astha worked as a Senior Process Associate in BPO services, handling customer queries related to water accounts. Early career experience includes a role as a Resource Associate at Habsons Jobups Ltd, focusing on recruitment in manufacturing, insurance, and banking sectors. Astha holds a B.Tech in Information Technology and a PGDBM in HR and Marketing.
