Premika Gorowara

Premika Gorowara has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as an Account Relationship Manager at ISI Emerging Markets Group since July 2017, specializing in clients from Thailand and CLMV. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities, maintaining accurate client records, and strengthening long-term client relationships. Prior to this role, Premika held various positions at CEIC Data from 2004 to 2017, beginning as a Junior Research Analyst and advancing to a Customer Service Representative. Academically, Premika holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management from Assumption University of Thailand and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Assumption University.
