Katharina Wild-Pelikan

Katharina Wild-Pelikan has extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles throughout their career. Katharina currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources for iSi Group and iSi Automotive since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Group Head of Human Resources for CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (CA Immo) from July 2017 to May 2022.

Before joining CA Immo, Katharina worked at UniCredit Bank Austria AG, where they held multiple positions including Deputy Head HR Legal & Labour Relations, Head of HR RTO, Business Assistant to the Management Board, and Divisional Head of HR for Private Banking. Their tenure at UniCredit Bank Austria AG spanned from October 2010 to June 2017.

Katharina also has experience in the leasing industry, having worked at UniCredit Leasing (Austria) GmbH as the Head of Human Resources and Head of Recruiting & HR Development. Katharina was with UniCredit Leasing from July 2006 to September 2010.

Prior to their corporate roles, Katharina worked as an HR Consultant specializing in Compensation & Benefits at Kienbaum Management Consulting from March 2005 to June 2006. Katharina also worked as an HR Consultant at Pirkner Consulting GmbH from May 2004 to February 2005.

Katharina Wild-Pelikan has a Master's degree in Business Administration from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), which they obtained from 1998 to 2003. Katharina also has a Master's degree in General legal education from WU Executive Academy, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. In 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master degree in Coaching & Organizational Development from ARGE Bildungsmanagement. Katharina spent an exchange semester in 1999 to 2000 at Universidad de Panamá studying Business Administration. Katharina completed their Matura at Gymnasium der Diözese Eisenstadt from 1990 to 1998. Katharina participated in a Student Exchange program at Allegany High School, MD, USA from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, they have taken various courses on Labor Law, Management Development, Fit & Proper, Compliance, HR Data, etc at different institutions.
