Markus Bibaric

Markus Bibaric has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in product development, design, and management. Currently, they are the Global Head of Product Development and Design at iSi Group, a position they have held since November 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product Development and Design at iSi Group starting in November 2022.

Before joining iSi Group, Markus was the CEO and CTO of BIBARIC.com, where they focused on business development and engineering with an emphasis on sustainable business expansion. Markus held this position from February 2021 onwards.

Markus also worked at Bühler Group as a Research and Development expert from January 2018 to October 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Research and Development at FHW FRANZ HAAS WAFFELSMASCHINEN from January 2012 to January 2018.

Markus has an extensive background in industrial design and management. Markus has held roles such as Senior Industrial Designer at FHW Franz Haas Waffelmaschinen GmbH from January 2011 to January 2012 and Senior Key-Account-Manager at Franz Haas Waffel- Und Keksanlagen-Industrie GmbH from May 2006 to January 2011.

Furthermore, they have experience working internationally as a Chief Consultant in Brazil at Haas Do Brasil Gerenciamento De Productos Quimicos Ltda from May 2005 to April 2006 and as a Project Manager in the United States at Franz Haas Machinery-America from May 2001 to April 2002.

Markus began their career as a Prototype Developer at FHW Franz Haas Waffelmaschinen GmbH in September 1997 and held this role until April 2001.

Markus Bibaric holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Development and Transformation from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien. Prior to that, they completed their engineering degree (Ing.) in Maschinen-, Anlagenbau und Mechatronik at HTL Wien West / Schellinggasse. Markus also obtained an engineering degree (Ing.) in Informatik, IT/Informationstechnologie und Organisationsentwicklung from HTL Spengergasse. In terms of additional certifications, Markus has completed the PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner™) certification from Scrum.org in 2022, the Agile Hardware Development® certification from Agile Business Institute in 2021, and the Agile Projectmanagement® certification from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien in 2018.
