Tamás Kocsis

Tamás Kocsis has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Tamás is currently the Director of Operations at iSi Group, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to that, Tamás was self-employed in consulting from April 2018. Tamás also served as the Industrial Engineering and Lean Manager at SMP Hungary from July 2018 to October 2020. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Plant Manager at Allance kft. from March 2017 to April 2018. Tamás has also worked as the Production Director at PNH Kft. from October 2015. Tamás'searly career includes positions as an AMC & Production Director at Autolliv kft. and as a Technologist at Hofmann Sopron Kft. and ELZETT Kft.

Tamás Kocsis obtained an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician from Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 1988 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed high school in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology at Kempelen Farkas Gépipari SzKI. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained a Life coach certification from Indigo Coaching Kft in 2021, and a Management Development Program certification from Autoliv in 2006. Tamás also has certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Lean thinking from Lean Institute France in 2005, as well as various other certifications related to strategy planning, operation planning, presentation techniques, and ergonomic planning.
