Robert Mooney

Robert Mooney is an experienced workforce development and security professional, currently serving as Workforce Development Manager, Facility Security Officer, and Veteran Impact Officer at ISI Professional Services since October 2021. At ISI, Robert provides strategic direction to recruitment teams, ensures security program compliance with government policies, and supports Veterans' transitions into civilian life. Previously, Robert held the Director of Workforce Optimization role at Clean Harbors and managed compliance and project coordination efforts. Robert's extensive military background includes roles such as New England Recruiting Regional Manager and National Recruiting Operations Manager in the US Army, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting operations, training development, and personnel management. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Washington and has completed advanced military training with numerous leadership accolades.
