Vincent Létendart

Vincent LAMELOISE possesses extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Coordinateur projet for Orano, focusing on the deployment of a new collective bargaining agreement for the Metallurgy industry since 2022. Previously, at Leem in 2016, Vincent conducted research on accessible careers for young industrial pharmacists and contributed to the École de l'innovation thérapeutique. From 2014 to 2015, Vincent held the role of Chargé de projet GPEC Groupe at Sanofi, where key responsibilities included drafting and implementing the Group GPEC agreement and creating standard job descriptions for HRD France. Early career experience included various internships, providing foundational skills in research analysis, social law, and back office management. Vincent holds multiple degrees from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, including a Master's in Human Resources focused on Employment and Skills Management.
