Kaitlyn Lail Houtsma

Kaitlyn Lail Houtsma has a diverse work experience in the fitness and wellness industry. Kaitlyn currently serves as the Head Performance Coach at ISI® Elite Training Franchise since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Owner and Head Coach at Rebele Fitness & Wellness LLC starting from September 2021.

Before starting their own business, Kaitlyn worked as a Health & Lifestyle Influencer on Instagram from December 2019. Kaitlyn also gained experience as a Head Trainer/Studio Manager at F45 Training from October 2020 to September 2021, and as a Health Coach at Vida Health from October 2020 to March 2021.

Earlier in their career, Kaitlyn worked as a Personal Trainer at Asheville Personal Training from November 2019 to September 2020. Kaitlyn also worked at Burn Boot Camp as a Personal Trainer from June 2019 to October 2019 and as a Health Coach at Align Weight Loss & Body Balancing from April 2018 to June 2019. Kaitlyn's experience also includes working as a Certified Personal Trainer at Original Workout from June 2017 to March 2018 and as a Corporate Wellness Coach at WCI, Inc. from October 2016 to March 2018.

Kaitlyn Lail Houtsma began their education in 2008 at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Kaitlyn completed their undergraduate studies in 2012. During this time, Kaitlyn decided to further their education and enrolled in Lenoir-Rhyne University, where they earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor between 2012 and 2016.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Kaitlyn obtained certifications in the fitness field. Kaitlyn completed their Certified Personal Trainer certification through the National Federation for Professional Trainers in 2012 and their Certified Group Exercise Instructor certification through the National Exercise Trainers Association in 2017.
