Lucy Lenton is currently a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Isio since November 2021. Previously, Lucy worked as an HR Business Partner at Local Pensions Partnership and Sodexo. With experience in managing recruitment, compliance processes, and employee relations, Lucy has also worked at organizations like The Guinness Partnership and Esso Serve Europe. Lucy holds a 2:1 degree in Communication Studies from the University of Leeds and is currently pursuing a CIPD level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management at Runshaw College.
