Nicki Jarrett

Nicki Jarrett is an experienced HR Advisor at Isio since March 2019, providing support on employee relations cases, chairing the Mental Health Network, and coaching line managers on various HR matters. Key accomplishments include leading TUPE consultations, analyzing engagement survey results, and creating the first Gender Pay report for Premier Pensions Management. Prior to Isio, Nicki held roles as HR Executive and HR Assistant at Awin Global, where responsibilities included coordinating wellbeing programs, advising on parental leave, and managing payroll for over 300 employees. Early career experience includes positions at FatFace as a Sales Assistant and as an HR Assistant at Atrium Underwriters Ltd. Nicki holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations from Warwick Business School and a BA in Sociology with a Specialism in Gender Studies from the University of Warwick.
