Isithembiso Babies Home is a registered Temporary Safe Care Home,  NPO, providing a place of safety for babies from newborn to 3 years old, who have been abandoned, abused, neglected or orphaned.  

We nurture, love and help to develop their physical, emotional and cognitive abilities, while working hand-in-hand with social services to place each precious child with a foster or adoptive home or reunite them with their families.

Since 2005 when the home opened its doors, we have cared for over 300 babies. 

We have two homes based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape. We can care for 12 children at a time, 6 in each home.
